Friends!! Hello from COSTA RICA!! 

What an interesting season this has already been. 

A lot of transition. 

Trying to find my footing. 

Allowing grace in the change.

Figuring out how to be in the ever changing.

Navigating relationships with my team. 

Searching for balance. 

Spending a lot of time sitting with Jesus. 

Things have been strange to say the least, but Papa is constantly reminding me of how good he is. Like the fact I get to wake up to the sound of birds and monkeys, step outside to a jungle, enjoy coffee and creation and people. IT IS BEYOND BEAUTIFUL HERE. 

I have really come to enjoy the slow life. I really think that living slow is what leads to abundance, which is a concept that our culture often misses. We are so used to rushing around, creating schedules that leave no time to just be, living our lives on high speed. Yet Jesus never did that and he for sure did not call us to live like that. It never says anything along the lines of the busier your life the better. Much the opposite. Jesus was interruptible. Jesus took time to be with the disciples. Jesus took time to step away and pray. Jesus was never in a hurry and I love that I get to be in a culture that lives slow. The slow leads to peace and joy and freedom. SO MUCH FREEDOM!! 

I am learning that in order to sit and be with Jesus, I have to slow down. Such a beautiful thing it has been. 

All in all, it has been both beautiful and hard. I am learning a lot, but mostly learning how to just be in the midst of so much change. I often feel weird and out of place and like I am living in a dream, but maybe that’s what a new season feels like. Jesus and I are figuring it out slowly. Prayers would be appreciated!
